This is specially developed roller latexing machine for special resin which is used for all kinds of rugs and carpets skidproof effect. No dioxin while the resin being fused, also the resin wont peel off when solidified. In normal temperature after latex the carpet wont hurt floor with elasticity.

Features:

1) Adopting double-roller design, the machine can equably latex the carpets of different width(750mm, 1050mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, 1600mm).

2) The rollers-distance is adjustable according to the thickness of carpet and thickness of resin can be adjusted too.

3) Adopting continuously variable transmission, the motor-speed can be adjusted easily.

4) The temperature of resin-trough and rollers is controlled respectively.

5) With safeguard, this M/C protect your hands from rolling into roller and prevent carpet from falling into resin trough.
